GREGIO jewellery is imported and sold by Glam & Posh Imports (referred to as G&P).

Scope of Application

All prices on this webpage are displayed in Canadian dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Some of the products listed on this webpage may be unavailable.

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of products and/or services from Glam& Posh Imports Inc. (G&P) using the www.gregio.com website.

G&P reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior written notice, at any time, at G&P’s sole discretion.

BY USING THIS WEBSITE TO MAKE ONLINE PURCHASES OF PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND ACCEPT THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN, AND YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT AND BECOME BOUND BY ITS TERMS. THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATION AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.

Cancellation

G&P reserves the right, in its discretion, to limit quantities, terminate accounts and to refuse or cancel any order, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event that your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, G&P will issue a full refund.

Product Availability

The availability of certain products may be limited, and products may not be available for immediate delivery. G&P may revise or cease to make available any products at any time without prior notice. In the event that G&P is unable to deliver to you a product ordered due to a lack of availability, G&P will notify you via e-mail and your order will be automatically cancelled with respect to such unavailable product, provided that G&P may, in its sole discretion, contact you in order to allow you to maintain your order subject to a revised delivery time if and when the product becomes available.

Customer responsibility

G&P cannot guarantee that the sale and delivery of its goods to your particular country or location is permissible, so please be aware of your own geographic import restrictions.

This site and its contents will not constitute the basis for any contractual commitment between G&P and any prospective customer in any jurisdiction in which the solicitation of interest or the offering of or sale of products by G&P would contravene any applicable local, regional or national legislation. No prospective customer should seek to make any order through the site from jurisdictions in which it would be illegal for G&P to sell GREGIO products.

Legal Governance

Subject to the Governing Law and Jurisdiction as herein after setforth, your use of this site and any contract between you and G&P for the sale of products shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the United States and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Canada and the United States, as the case maybe, if any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable for these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein and shall be treated in all respects as a Quebec contract, without reference to principles of conflict of law. The application of the United Nations convention on contracts for the international sale of goods is expressly excluded.
